My client is looking to connect with candidates that have 3+ years of direct Investment Banking M&A experience coming from either a Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, or Middle Market platform.

To be considered for this role, you need the following:
Qualifications:
- +4 years of Investment Banking experience
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
